HOW TO GET THE BEST RESULTS AFTER YOUR TREATMENT

Tip Of The Week

When you have a craving for something sweet…. Grab a piece of fruit instead of something sugary and processed. Save some calories, and load up on lots of good vitamins and anti-oxidants. Fruit is still sugar, so no need to go crazy here. But, fruit is a great treat when you're craving something not so good for your body.

Mmmm, ice cream..... on my hips?

I just got home from Vacation, visiting family in Eastern America. Baseball, Corn-hole (that would be a game), The Taste of Cincinnati Festival (food everywhere). Perhaps I indulged a little too much in Mom's home-cooking, and to die for Greaeter's Ice cream, and maybe a few bottles of wine.
